I, bought the policy in 2007 there Platinum policy and bought a new car in April of 2012. Candled on the old car and took them calling every week for 6 Months to get REFUND. Heard every excuse you can name to get the refund not much but better than nothing. Never will buy again from them. OH, the sales pitch is if "YOU DON'T USE YOU WILL GET ALL YOUR MONEY BACK". Another LIE they use.
