I paid $2500.00 for a warranty. I have had a contract with AA Auto for about a year now, and I have had my first claim, which was only about $400.00. I was unable to get a hold of anyone in the claims department for days. I finally was about to speak with Jim in Customer Service, who was EXTREMELY RUDE. He blatantly told me that they would not cover a rental car for me because it wasn't their fault that my auto shop mis-diagnosed my car, when AA Auto approved my claim.

This man straight argued with me on the phone for 30 minutes with my boyfriend listening in the background. I then

asked to speak to his supervisor, Jim REFUSED to let me speak with a supervisor. A day later, when I still could no longer get in touch with the claims department, I called AA Auto and again, got Jim, because apparently there are only 3 people working at this place. I told Jim that I wanted to file to cancel my warranty, because I was sick of the run a round,. Jim told me that he would send me the paperwork to sign and return:. As I have not received the paperwork yet, my policy should still be active, but unbeknown to me, they are now refusing to pay the open claim that was already approved! I called and asked to speak to Jim's supervisor.. This guy was WORSE! He must be the owner of this scam operation!. He called me a "***", along with a few other names on the phone (while apparently they record all of their calls..) Im sure this call got erased'. He sounded like he was walking around outside.. This man refused to "reinstated" my warranty, which was never officially cancelled by me as per me not yet signing any paperwork:. He told me that I would have to deal with it myself..and That I would only be getting back about half of what I have paid formy warranty. Which is about $1250.00 out of $2500.00. When I have NEVER used my warranty once. And when I finally had to, I got NOTHING but

problems, arguments, and rude customer service, with no help what-so-ever! When I mentioned to the owner that I would be filing with the BBB against them, his exact words were "Ill be waiting here crying, shaking in my boots."
