Well, if you ever helped your customers instead of telling them to file in on their homeowners insurance, or car insurance, maybe they would let you know what the reason was. So why would you think it would work for you? Anyway, why don't you say West Deptford instead of DE, because you can't fit into a PO Box either, right? If anyone wants an honest answer to anything that has to do with AA Auto warranty, ort any other warranty company, e-mail me at [email protected], and you will get your answer. I worked there for two years. I found their bigest seller online. Consumer Direct Warranty Services, and never got credit for it. Now they sell more than half of their contracts through them. DiD I get anything, NO. And if it was so easy to find them, how come I had to do it. You pay people 300 a week for nothing, but for a guy who finds your most popular product what do you do? Well, you know what you did. I will have a site soon that I'll answer questions from about any warranty company. But for now, we will have to go through e-mail. I know everything about every contract they sell. If it is something good, I will tell you. But if is something bad, I will tell you too. I am not getting paid by anyone for ads, like "Autowarrantyresearch.com". By the way, my fiancee's name is Amber, and my dog's name is Gizzy. Look on that webpage, Autowarrantyresearch.com and look for the story about Amber Gizzy. That person is not real! But she had a good experience. Last thing, this is not personal against AA Auto warranty, but I cannot sit by and let people get ripped off so some guy can make more money. A lot of other companies are ripoffs also, and I can tell you if they are or not. EEOC!

The customer has not stated a specific complaint

Mike R., we do not disagree with anything you wrote. The problem is that the original complaint does not contain anything specific that we can do anything about. The writer says that one of our employees is incompetent, and he will cheat you. He doesn't cite anything specific that this employee did wrong. If he did, we could re-train or discipline, or even fire the employee. We do not feel that the writer being clairvoyant and being able to somehow tell in advance that one of our people is going to do something wrong if sufficient reason to fire him. Give us some specific information about something he did wrong and we'll reconsider. If you can't do that we'll just ignore the complaint, as all other readers should too.

Corey Johnson is not the problem.

They didn't hire an incompetent to represent them. Corey Johnson is one person who would not be dishonest with a client. This is a personal attack becasue you did not like the salesperson. Normally I would agree with you, but I know Corey Johnson and this is not him at all!!! This complaint should never have been here. What are you trying to accomplish? You didn't even buy a plan. And since you didn't buy a plan, you don't matter AT ALL to AA Auto warranty. You're NOT a customer, you are a person who got mad a Corey because he told you something that might or might not be true. What did you expect? What exactly did he tell you to get you to write this?

This site is called Ripoffreport.com, not "Legitimatebusinesscomplaint.com. If you want legitimate business complaints, put a complaint link on your Webpage. If someone thinks they are about to get ripped off, they can absolutely fill this complaint out, to let everyone else know. People are not as stupid as you assume they are. A company rep is a direct reflection of how that company does business, and this is true every single time.

This is a personal rant, not a legitimate business complaint

The author of this "complaint" does not say what his problem is nor how we could correct it. All this is is a personal attack on one of our employees. The author doesn't identify himself. The name he signs is only another obscenity directed at our employee. The validity of this "complaint," like all anonymous comments, should be considered highly questionable.
