Company has sent me a few different pieces of mail for somebody who does not live at my address anymore. At first I ignored it but then it started getting annoying. I looked up the address that was on the envelope and found the telephone number. I told the kid who answerd that I have been receiving mail for somebody who does not live here and that I would like it to stop.
The kid told me that he needed a client number. I told him again that I am not the person so I do not have the number. The kid then tells me to open the letter because the number is at the top of the letter. I tell him I am not opening the letter because that is a federal offense. Then with a cocky attitude the kid said " let me get this straight, you call here wanting me to remove your address from our mailing list but you. will not give me the number".
I said no i am not stupid i am not opening someone else's mail can i speak to a manager. He ask for what and i replied you told me to commit a crime to which he replied no i didn't and if you are not going to give me the number i have other clients to take care of . he hung up and i tried to call back to talk to someone else and my number was blocked. A real company does not ask people to commit crimes or block numbers. Scammers
