AAA 2MEN WILL MOVE YOU - Betterbusiness Bureau - Public Utilities Commission ripoff San Diego, California
I moved from san marcos, ca. to aliso viejo, ca. about 40 miles away. The job took 2 days in stead of one and after arriving 3 hours late at the new house (i have a witness) and eating lunch and smoking for awhile, they began...at 8:30pm that night after not seeing these movers for awhile, the big one came in and said "we are finished"...couches tilted against the walls, beds not put together. and the garage was stuffed full of boxes not brought in.
My sarcofogus was left in front of the stairs, supposed to go upstairs. the 73 mercedes hard top was scratched and the chrome was bent...also, my 2,800 fau stone table was ruined and they fixed it a cheaper way so as to completely change the composition of it...they denied all of this...especially the drinking part, but i wonder what happened to my jug of wine (4 liter)???
The BBB and the PUC seemed very helpful at first. They didnt want to see the pictures, which i thought very strange... then all of a sudden... both the BBB and the PUC said they weren't able to help... I am sure there is a payoff of some sort going on here between the moving company and the CITIZENS HELP BUSINESSES... they dont want to see the pictures with all the evidence... WHY NOT?... PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS....
This has caused an incredible amount of stress... one woman, can not manage to get these large pieces upstairs... my girlfriend and i managed with a dolly to get the sarcophogus upstairs and the large side bed tables that are lighted with glass, etc... the computer desk which they left UPRIGHT IN the family room was brought in by a male friend who simply removed the round pole with 4 screws and we all three managed to get it to the right room... someone scratched the wood floors in the family room... them or us? I don't know.
help me please... this should not be allowed to happen.
