Sorry, we don't negotiate with terrorists, even if they're only cyber bullies. I would have saved a lot of money if I just gave them what they wanted. We could sue them for defamation but how long would that take and how expensive would it be?
Thanks a lot ripoff report for hosting their unsubstantiated claims.

We have always been in Calgary and have never operated east of Saskatchewan. Please ensure you have the right company.

Same thing happened to me in Toronto. And a few other friends that ended up hiring them. They seem to be scattered across Canada and use several different names. Stay away from careful Movers. They are not professional and will break things/not show up or 'lose' your items and not care. It was a nightmare.

These folks are using internet blackmail to try to get a free move. Classic case. - Check out the Better Business Bureau.

These people had a 1200 lb hot tub with ice in the bottom - we had to use a winch to get it up the side of the house - keep in mind we do pianos all the time. I wanted to walk away from the job (moving the hot tub) as it looked to be a difficult and thankless (underpaid) job but it is important for me to keep my word so we moved it. They lied and said they had a video of us dropping the hot tub.
Their original complaint ( I see they've refined it since then.) was so riddled with contradictory lies that no reasonable person would believe them. They are just trying to get a free move.
