I will just report what happened. I asked for a quote on an engine and they gave me a quote of $2495. I told them that was too much and did not accept. Not realizing I already received a quote, I called them. I got a quote of $2295 for everything, which include shipping, handling, 1 year guarantee. I live in California, so there was no tax. I accepted their offer and gave them my credit card number. I received a phone call from the freight company, 2 days before the delivery date, regarding a cod charge of $150.
I also called my credit card company to find out that they charged my card $2495. I immediately told my bank what happened and thank God they told me I don't have to accept this charge. I also told the freight company that I will not accept this delivery if there's cod on it. They tried to take out my reply on the email with $2495 and sent that back to me. However, I replied on that email before I gave them my credit card. So, there goes their game. It won't work. Make sure you reply to their emails to make sure of the transactions.
It doesn't matter with my credit card though, because I don't have to accept anything I am unsatisfied with anyways. Thank God I have this clause. Now they will have to deal with Master Card and not me. Don't buy cash. Use your credit card and keep all records, if you have to deal with this company. I suggest you don't deal with them at all. They tried to swindle me. And I will spread the word and I will be suing them for time lost. If they don't pay me, I will put a lien on the company. Let's see how they like that. Stay away from this company.

After I did everything not to pay for their mistakes, including sending me a wrong engine, I had to spend extra $2000 to get a new engine to fix my car. I was happy to see that the State of Texas got involved. But I am still out of $2000 because of them.
