AAA Wholesale Trasmission Leave your vehicle outside unattended with keys inside and then dont take responsability when your keys get stolen! Pompano Beach florida
My car was brought to AAA wholesale transmission for transmission repair. It took them three weeks to even start work on it (aparently because there employees were all on vacation)
So 5 weeks later I got my car back. Ran okay for two days and what do you know, the transmission broke again!
They refused to honor my warrenty for some reason or another. But I brought it back to them anyways.
Two weeks later I get a call saying that they need me to bring them my spare key. I ask why? They say because they left my car in front of the shop with the windows open and the keys in the ignition. And some kids walked by and took my keys. Well of course my response to that was not so nice.
When I got there I asked what they planned on doing to replace my locks They told me to get an estimate and they would pay for it. I went to the dealership my car was from and got an estimate and they refused to pay and told me that they would have one of their "friends" do it.
At this point i was so sick of their non sense I just took my car and left. Needless to say the car broke down a week later and I ended up just trading it in. But the way I was treated at that shop was just ridiculous.
They were the most unprofessional people I had ever met in my life!
DON"T EVER GO THERE FOR REPAIRS!!
