Complaint Review: AAlert Staffing - Nationwide

Seems the cruelty never ends. I finally find other employment, leave Alert Staffing, dba Beyond Staffing and then get laid off. That's not the worst of it. I try to file an unemployment claim and I am DENIED....The Texas Workforce commission tries with due diligence to obtain the information from the horrific company and all they do is "ignore" the requests. Therefore, I have not been able to draw one unemployment check due to their repeated negligence. Here is a copy of an email that I submitted to them...Will there ever be any resolution? Will my wages ever be reported to the IRS or Social Security Administration? Hello...this is MY money we are talking about here...my financial secruity!!! Roy Gardner or anyone who will respond: I have received final notification from the TWC Appeal Tribunal indicating that Beyond Staffing, dba Alert Staffing has still not reported my wages. Is there any special reason why no one is responding to the request? Is there a reason why you and what's left of your Executive Team are continuting to avoid the situation? I have been in continuous contact with the IRS as well as the Social Security Administration and my wages remain unposted. I could care less how you handle your personal finances, however, I care a great deal about how you continue to handle mine. Roy, I consider this to be a "human failing" on your part as well as your Executive Team. Since I know how near and dear it is to your heart to avoid "human failing" and not surround yourself with individuals who would be less than honest or respectful such as yourself, I would think this would be a priority for you. (Roy Gardner) I find it easy to belive that you do not know what is going on nor do you really care and I must agree that it all has become a bitter pill to swallow. I have been challenged to call on my deepest resolve in order to sustain my values regarding how "executive team members" deserve to be treated. You nor your team deserve anything...Respect is earned, not given away like candy.

....guess that's why my wages have not been reported to Social Security...If they didn'treport wages, maybe they thought they could get by without having to pay the taxes...that's twice this same so called "leadership team" has failed. One bankruptcy, a new found religion and a new name and they were back at it again. Lying to employees, temporary associates and clients. Failures!!!! Loosers!!!! Liars!!!!! Not sure what God they pray to, but it can't be the same God that we all know and love. How can these Loosers sleep at nite knowing what they have done... Not only have my expenses not been paid, the entire Service Team has not been paid for six weeks nor have their expenses been paid. Some employees are owed in excess of $2500.00 just in expenses. Payroll checks bouncing everywhere, checks being issued with no intent of ever having the funds available to cover them. So many people hurt...financially, emotionally. Victoria Lowe and her ministries....sounds more like a money grubbing cult to me! Where's the integrity, honesty and ethics...Never follow Victoria Lowe or her ministries anywhere...the path is long, dark and deep.
