collected 2,600 for repair they did not do on my transmission 4th time at shop ,worst than when i first brouht it in

I first brought my ford explorer to the cleveland aamco shop,because my car had a 2sec.delay in reverse I picked my car up in 3 days,same day,same problems. Dropped my car back off 5 days later went to the shop to find out what was going on with my car,the manager Will responded by saying that it was being worked on but did not no the status.So he said he would get another person named chris to give me more information.

So i went outside to look for chris, he came up to me and asked hows it going,at the same time Will came outside and got in my face and said he did not apreciate me saying that my car had been their for 5 days in front of customers,i told him that i was a customer also and that i just wanted to know what was going on with my car. He than said, your car was #1priority to be fixed now it will be last priority. He was extremely rude ,for a person in customer service so said i really would appreciate my car today since i only have 1 car now.

I picked it up 9 days later,total of 12 days,Same day still the same problems when i picked it up again,overdrive light flashing,loud clunking sound coming from transmission. So i take it back again this time they give me a loaner car,great.

They call me 3days later saying your car needs a tune up thats why its running this way. So i say fine i will get a tune up,and i did it was running a little better than overdrive light came on again clunking sound was as bad as ever,let chris from aamco know what was going on. He said just bring it back we will get the codes and fix the problem.So we take it back 4th time wed. morning the 25th of Nov. Chris says you need to bring it back this afternoon, we don"t have time right now. I have called their corporate office at least 20 times they said they will call me back they have not,i am extremly frustrated , i do need some help please
