I had purchased a bed 4 months ago, bad idea! i had made payments on time, there was no problem at all..
then back in march i got laid off. Called Aarons in lewisville, and told the Manager "Brandy" she needed to pick up the bed since i was not able to make any payments.
She tried to convience me of keeping the bed, with the excuse of her trying to help me out! when the truth about behind this is if they picked up the bed since its used, they would not make any profit from it! I called back in April for them to pick it up, and same thing happend "i just want to help you" its your bed" so from me not wanting the bed, they kept extending the account.!
Every time i told them to pick the bed up, they would just ignore me and left the bed here at home. May came aroud and I found Bed bugs on the bed, to make it all worse it infested the entire house.
Called Aarons to let them know that the bed was infested, and that i am still unemployed!.. Poor management argues with me and tells me it is not their fault and im still responsible to pay the bed!
then they send an inspector, they even took some of the bed bugs to the store. Still Manager and employes keep calling threating me of sending me to court! Is it not weired that they did not want to pick up the bed at the very begining?
"Tony" sugested me plenty of times i should borrow money from Family! or friends, I had worked for Collections, and i just know that is not right...
Manager admited that she has to keep calling me becauxse she already had SOOOOO MANY DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS,.from customers that ended up stealing their Crap!
If she did her job she would not have been in that position!!
Now the bed is already in the trash, and i keep getting the You gotta pay, you responsible..
You guys watch out when leasing or buying from this stores!! They will try to steal your money, and not worth it.
I learned my lesson.
