After several hours today of speaking with an area manager, she emailed me a spreadsheet of all the transactions on my account. Come to find out, someone had deducted a full payment amount from my account for no reason. There was no payment returned, and the area manager said someone had posted a payment without me making one (which there was none). In the end, I said all that should matter is how much I've paid in total payments. Add that up! I told her, " If someone did add then subtract a payment, my payment amounts should still be the same, right?" All she would say is that someone from corporate will be calling me. I still have no resolution, and BEWARE, THEY WILL TRY TO STEAL FROM YOU!!
