District Manager finally contacted me. He has taken care of the issues. I am satisfied with the outcome.

I also forgot to mention that the payments are automatically charged to my credit card. So, when the payment came due, it should just automatically be charge. I assumed that the payment had been processed since it was suppose to automatically. Then I get a call from several of my references, stating that Aaron's Rental had been trying to reach me and they couldn't. That is was urgent that they talked to me. First of all Aaron's Rental never called, never tried to call me. I have caller ID, and it shows all missed calls, I also have voice mail etc. Here to find out it was like the 10th of the month, my payment was late and they were charging me late charges. They agreed to take the late charges off, since it was there mistake. Since they forgot to process it. But, I am still upset that they decided to call my references, instead of calling me directly.
