Warranties are for original owners only, by renting to own, you are not the original owner. This is the chance you take by renting to own. I have had no problems with Aarons that were not cheerfully corrected. (I have fulfilled 3 contracts, gave 1 thing back, am currently in 3 more contracts and am getting ready to enter into another.) I feel that if the contract is carefully read, there are no problems. Now, I am not saying that there are not bad seeds. As for RTO. Truely...do not go with them...they are more expensive than Aarons and when they mess up, you have a HUGE fight on your hands. If the merchandise is used they put it right on the contract! (at least all mine that were used stated so)
