Aaron's Sales And Lease-Chicago I was subjected to rude unprofessional behavior, ripped-off and threatened. Chicago Illinois
I made the unfortunate decision to rent to own from Aaron's first, I was sent to a store that is 30 minutes from my house. The employees were rude and unprofessional... they lost my credit card info and I had to go to the store and make payments. Everytime you go to the store it is a whole new team. They proved to be rude, unprofessional, not knowledgable. The website states they have e-mail but the store clsims they do not get e-mails just the corporate office.
To make matters worse, when I gave up and called to have the TV picked up, I was told they wuld be st my house between 10:00a and 11:00a...when i called the store (several times) I was told "oh no, we don't do anything until 12:00p" consequently it took them 7 days to pick up their own merchandise. They had no receipt indicating pickup.
After they picked the tv up on Monday, I got a phone call with the following message" hey what's up, you said we could pick-up on monday....call and tell me something."
