We purchased a brand new french door refridgerator from this store and from day one had issues with it leaking.  Finally April had it picked up to be repaired.  When returned 3 3/4 months we finally got it back,, please understand, any time any contact was made it was because we had to call them to see if it had been repaired or not and when it would be returned, they never once called us to update us on any info.  All the while making $180 a month payments.  

When they did return it, it wasnt clean (I sent it in clean), it stunk so bad and had a brown liquid in the fridge that I could swear was fesces, so I spent all day cleaning it with bleach and it still to this day stinks, the bottom drawer for freezer had been left to thaw and all the metal become rusted, and this was a brand new fridge that now was disgusting.  So, as I stated, we received it almost 3 months later within a couple weeks it resumed leaking water.  

Finally they again picked up the fridge, replaced the rusted metal and yet again fixed the fridge.  We got it back the 2nd time, again having to make repeated phone calls to keep updated on status of the repair and when it would be returned.  Again another 2 months and finally returned.  It still was not fixed!!!  It still began leaking all over our floor.  Yes, they took it out a 3rd time, and again numerous calls were made by us to find out the status, and again it was returned leaking!  

I contacted April and she said that she wouldnt send it out again and that she would replace it with a new fridge.  She asked that we cooperate on the time it would take to locate a new fridge.  Another 2 months passes as we have a leaking brand new fridge with a towel under it that has to be changed out ever day to keep from ruining our floors, and we call them again and they say they have our fridge and will deliver it.

 They bring us the back side of a used fridge and put the doors from our fridge on it.  I dont mind the whole door issue, but the fridge they replaced it with is used, it still has spots and smears of food that they missed while trying to wipe it off!  She had told us it was taking so long because she had to locate a new fridge and here we are with what was supposed to be a new fridge and it isnt it is used!  I have paid over a year payments of $180 for a new fridge, it is not right that they now bring me a used fridge to replace the new one I bought......

why can they not understand that if I have been paying for a new fridge and had issues with it from the beginning that it should be replaced with a new fridge, not a used one!  I contacted her upon the delivery of the new fridge, and she said that she never promised me a new fridge that she said she woud just replace it with another fridge.  Then why do I still rememember the exact conversation her telling me it would take her a long time to locate a new one and for us to allow her that time to locate one.

She flat out lied and this is not the first time April has lied flat out to us.  She lacks any true customer service skills and wants to rip people off, she also lacks any common sense.  I understand that we have to deal with some bull because this is a lease to own thing and that tends to be where you deal with more people that lack that kind of common sense, but really!  Your gona replace my new fridge that I have had issues with from day one with a used fridge, seriously!!!!????? Am I the only one who sees the lack of sense that that makes?
