Ok maybe they should have been more courteous towards you. You shouldn't have flipped them off and act like a drama king! Honestly Aaron's corporate policy states that you are to be contacted once in the am and once in the pm. Secondly if you would call and let them know when your coming in it wouldn't be an issue and guess what NO phone calls to you or your references. Just pay your bill on time it would avoid all the aggravation.
