Aaron's Sales And Lease did not fullfill service agreement, liars, harrassment, fraudulent practices, kicked in front door, verbally abusive, Page Arizona
I have made several attempts to get the bed frame I leased/purchased repaired. 1st attempt, spoke with Arron mgr at Page, Az in november 2005, explained to him that the wood product used in the assembly of the bed was very brittle and keeps breaking. He told me he would send a man out to do a survey of the bed the next day. I took the day off from work and waited for the guy to show, I called Arron and he told me the guy was nearby and would be there shortly. He never showed up.
I called the next day and Arron said he would call me back to set up another try at getting this resolved. Arron and I placed several phone calls to each other leaving one another messages never getting anywhere. This went on for another month before I got a call from Rod Brooken from collections at the corporate office. Rod was not aware that my service agreement was not being honored and made several calls to reach Arron at the Page store.
Mr. --- called me back and told me that Arron would call me in a few minutes. Arron never called me back and I called Mr. Brooken back and told him I was never called by Arron. Mr. --- told me that he would have Arron or someone else call me back. Mr. --- and I exchanged several messages but we never got this resolved. After several months,threatening calls, and no shows, as well as unexpected arrivals from Aarons of Page, AZ I have determined that they are in no way honorable about any business practices.
I explained to Mr. ---- that I was not going to make any payments until the service agreement was honored, he stated that he understood and that he would handle having someone arrange to replace or repair the bed. I called the store in Page today and was verbally attacked by someone named Dave that was allegedly a regional manager. I explained to him that the bed that I purchased was broken and that it was never replaced or repaired. He said that it had and that they were coming to get it.
