I am sorry you have had a bad experience with our company however diligence is needed when working with people trying to solve porblems. The sales manager should have taken the time to let u know what we honor all maintenance and warranty for our products while on lease agreements also after a customer has paid out we still warranty and service items for up to 60days even though you have paid out. Please go back and remind them of this and I am sure they will help you out if not ask to speak to the Regional Manager he or she will defiantley assist you. Sales Manager
