Aaron's transmission Biggest waste of Time! Didn't get the job done after a week with my truck. Dallas Texas
What a waste of time! I took my truck here on Tuesday and its almost a week later (Today is Saturday) and my truck still ain't fixed. I haven't received one phone call the entire time and everyday I'm calling them to ask for an update. When I walk in the shop, I always see 2-3 mechanics sitting around talking in the front office. I have been in a rental car for almost a week now waiting on my truck to be fixed. They say everyday that the truck is almost done and will be available tomorrow but tomorrow never comes.
If you can't fix something don't waste someones time. It's messed up because I try to give small businesses like this one the opportunity they need to compete with larger chain auto shops but after this ridiculous situation, I'm gonna have to pay out another place to get the job done. Mine you I have to still use the rental so I can go to work. People do yourself a favor and drive right past this place. There's no sense of urgency at this shop. I'm gonna ask for my truck back today and I'm not paying them a dime since my truck is still in the same status it was when I dropped it off: Not working.
