Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My brother had gotten a washer and dryer from Aaron's. They harassed us. Showed up to our house and knocked on the doors and WINDOWS FOR 30 mins. Claiming we were late on payment. So they take us to court and get the washer and dryer back. When we go through our records we where actually ahead in payments. So we tried taking them to court but the judge wouldn't take it because it had been past 60 days that he should have done it. As far as I know he didn't even say it needed to be before the 60 days. Anyway I don't advise Aaron's at all. Even though it was under my brothers name anyone living at this address supposedly can't get stuff from them. Fine by me I don't want their expensive crap that they steal back anyway.

Oh and for your information Robert the title max situation happened about a year before that. The only reason we went to Aaron's was because our washer and dryer had went out. Times were and still are hard for us. I posted these to warn people of these theifs. So sorry for trying to help. Next time you think about commenting on my post DONT

So you and your family, just let them come to your house and "harrass" you, take you to court and have a judgement against you, and then do nothing for an additional 60 days after that before you get off your lazy **s and look for your receipts.

Yea, and if this is the full story, I have a bridge for sale in San Francisco.

By your name you poseted under it seems as if you and your family are probably habitual "deadbeat" borrowers for having to deal with various sub-prime lenders.  Where let us guess..it is ALWAYS their fault.  Right?

Ok first off Robert we didn't "let them" harrass us! Our neighbor told us about it. Secondly you don't know me or my family so I suggest you kept your trap shut! And it wasn't a judgement against it they took it to court because we wouldn't let them take it. So the court ordered it be released. The judge didn't say you must be back in so many days to repeal the desicion. You would have known that had you read the post. I just wanted to warn others about it so hopefully it won't happen again!
