 This place will lie to you, sell you junk and squeeze you for every penny you have. Their furniture falls apart within months and their electronics and appliances break down all of the time. They will also charge you for service on fixing things that don't belong to you unless you pay them off which in most cases is about 5 times what it is actually worth.

The staff is very rude, arrogant and unprofessional as well. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I had that I called them to pick up all of their things. They stalled and wouldn't pick any thing up and still and kept on adding to my bill. They told me that they didn't want to lose me "demographically". So to them, I'm not even a person, I'm just a number.

Your statement, “all of the time" implies that you have been their customer for an extended period of time.

Why did you continue to do business with the “very rude, arrogant and unprofessional" staff at a company that sold you junk at five times its value, falls apart and breaks down “all of the time"?
