ABC Distributing is a ripoff! Bad customer service! Internet
I have to agree with every complaint I have read. ABC is a joke when it comes to Customer Service. I order for the office staff. ABC fails to follow the "cancelled orders" and ships them anyway. Then sends numberous PastDue invoices. They never answer their phones and I have had no luck with email! Even sending letters to them is a joke! So needless to say, I was repremanded for the company having a PastDue account!
Regardless of what role ABC played in this ordeal. I finally was issued a call tag to return the duplicate orders... 4 months after the fact, and that was because I sent a voided check stapled to my letter. So just recently, I did get through to Customer Service, on my dime, after holding forever, and was treated like crap! Because one item was kept from the return, the full shipping was charged and the item maybe weighed 2ounces! They sure do make their money in shipping! Best of luck to those shopping with ABC. I hope they never encounter a problem, but if so, they have been warned by many.
