Went online to access ABC Distr. Co - happened to scroll down too far & found the "Ripoff Report site & began reading consumer complaints.
I cannot tell you how shocked I was!
I've ordered from them for over 10 yrs. now - toys, decorative house-hold items etc.
They have never billed in error, always notified me if an item was not available, promptly gave order total, incl. ship. costs. sent email when order was shipped, etc.
In all that time, I never received a damaged item.
Quality has been just fine, items always as pictured & ship. costs soo reasonable compared to other similar sites and catalogs.
Just felt I had to file a rebuttal as I've found ABC's Cust. Svce. reps to be very nice & this to be a good company to deal with.
Of course, I'm sorry if others have not had such good experiences.
