ABC Distributing ripoff and deception North Miami Florida
I think ABC Distributing is a crooked company too. I have been ordering from them for 2-3 years, but no more!
I had noticed, like others, that the shipping costs were getting outrageous. But I had ordered several Christmas gifts from them, so I decided I would deal with them until after Christmas.
One of the gifts I ordered was 2 black-light CD holders for my teenage nephews. These were ordered the first of Novemeber. They were on backorder until the middle of December.
At this time, I decided to cancel the items, since they were showing a ship date of 12-23. Obviously I was not going to get them in time. I cancelled the order.
After waiting 3 or 4 days to contact me, customer service e-mailed me to say unfortunately the items had already been shipped. I didn't even receive them until several days after Christmas.
I told them I no longer wanted the items, and would not pay for them, since I cancelled the order. They told me I could refuse the package when it was delivered or ship it back and they would refund me.
I was not home when the package was delivered, so I shipped the items back on 12-31. The shipping cost, including required insurance, was $11.95.
They will not send me my money back. They keep saying I have not supplied enough information. It is disgusting!!
