AFTER BEING A MEMBER OF GOLDS GYM FOR OVER 3 YEARS ABC FINANCIAL WAS TAKING THE MONTHLY MEMEBERSHIP FEE OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. BUT IN THE LAST YEARS WE WERE TOLD THAT THE GYM WAS BEING TAKEN OVER BY A NEW FITNESS ORGANIZATION CALLED LIFE QUEST. THAT ISWHEN THINGS REALLY START TO GO DOWN HILL. I DECIDED IWOULD NOT RENEWMY MEMBERSHIP BUT PAY ON A MONTHTO MONTH BASIS.

 IN THE LAST OF MARCH I WENT TO THE GYM TO WORK OUT ON A SUNDAY AND WAS SHOCKED TO FIND THE FACILITY WAS TOTALLY EMPTY NO NOTICES AT ALL. CALLED THE NUMBER THAT ISLEFTON THE DOOR AND THERE WAS NO ANSWER OR RECORDINGS. FOR OVER A WEEK I CALLED THE NUMBER AND STILLNO ONE ANSWER. THE IN APRIL I SAW THAT MONIES WERE STILLBEING TAKE FROM MY ACCOUNT. CALLEDMY BANK GOT A NUMBER AND WAS TOLD ABC FINANCIAL WAS THE COMPANY DEBITING MY ACCOUNT .I CALLED THEM AT ONCE AND TOLD THEM TO STOP TAKING FUNDS FROM ACCOUNT THAT THE GYM HAS JUST UP AND CLOSED WITH NO FORWARDING ADDRESS. THEY KEPT ME ON HOLD AND VERIFIED I HAD NO ACTIVE CONTRACT WITH THEM AND TOLD ME TO FAX OVER A REQUEST TO STOP TAKING PAYMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT. I ALSO TOLD THEM IS WOULD DISPUTE THE CURRENT CHARGE BEING WE PAY A MONTHIN ADVANCE AND THAT THE GYM WAS CLOSED .THEY ASSURED ME THAT NO MORE PAYMENTS WOULD COME OUT.

 TODAY I RECIEVEDA NOTCIE SAYINGI OWED THEM $117.00 DOLLARS AND THAT MY ACCOUNT WILL GO TO COLLECTIONS AND I NEEDTO TALK TO THE COLLECTION PEOPLE. THIS COMPANY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY AND I HAVE TOLD THEM IF THIS APPEARS ON  MY CREDIT I WILL CERTAINLY ADDRESS IT WITH THE COURTS THEY A INDEED A RIP-OFF
