ABMNUS LLC THIS WHOLESALE COMPANY IS SELLING FAKE PHONES, FAKE BATTERY, STOLEN PHONES, BAD REFURISHED PHONES BRONX New York
I BEEN BUYING PHONES FROM THIS LOUSY COMPANY WHEN I ORDER 15 PHONES ABOUT 11 OF THEM TURNOUT TO HAVE A FLAW ON IT. THEU PUT FAKE CHRGER, FAKE BATTERY ETC...WHEN I CALL THEM AND COMPLAINT ABIUT THE PHONE THE MAN SAY OK JUST SHIP IT BACK WHEN I SEND BACK THEY RESEND THE PROBLEMATIC PHONES BACK TO ME.

What attracted me to ABMNUS LLC was the customer service quick response and excellent refill spiff which was highly recommended to me by few dealers. I will certainly return the favor and recommend it to anyone else who can benefit from their awesome product selling experience and services. ABMN LLC is a Master dealer and Master distributor for other carriers likes Ultra, Simple, Net10..etc. They are also wholesaler for phones and accessories. I had once experience in past when one cell phone was not powering on and seems to me a defective piece. I called ABMN LLC and they assign a dedicated customer support agent to resolve my issue and the time I hang up the phone, they already ship me the new phone. Also, they give me additional discounts for future purchase. I personally believe ABMN LLC is a medium between their customers and actual providers mentioned above and if there is something wrong with devices or accessories they charge back to providers and sometime it might take sometime to resend the new items (depends upon available inventory). I am selling phones and accessories to my customers and so far haven’t seen any major issues or any complaint that was not promptly answered and resolved by ABMN LLC. The nice part is, if you have any issue or you believe your query is not answered the way it should be, abmnus.com has a feedback page where you explain in detail and feedback directly goes to top management. I come to know this when I did it myself!
ABMNUS LLC, thank you for making me feel like a special customer. Finally there is a phone dealer that is truly showing appreciation to their customers because of the high visibility from top management and excellent customer service. Thank you!. Last, this is my personal experience and thoughts about ABMNUS LLC and anyone may agree or disagrees with this!
