My daughter never told anyone at that dealership she had co-signer. In fact she told them the opposite. Your sales person never disclosed when he was showing her the car that it was a loner. I was with her. Your salesperson told her the deal was done on that specific car and that she had been approved and someone from the dealership would be calling on Thursday to finalize the paperwork. No one called. My daughter called on Thursday and no one at Absolute knew anything about the deal. On Friday I called your sales guy and finance person to ask about the car and the salesperson acted like he didn't have any idea. The finance guy asked me to be her co-signer on the phone. When I asked the finance guy about the car he told me " I have no control over what is doen in sales". The sales guy told her she had been approved for that car. When she called the next day Jerry the sales person was off and no one at the dealershipknew anything about the deal. This dealership does not operate with ethics or honesty. You know nothing about fully disclosing the facts. No one should buy a car from your dealership unless they are willing to be taken advantage of. My daughter is very happy with her 2013 Kia Optima GXL which has technology package, navigation and 18 inch wheels. Her payments even with her credit score are under $500.

Your only interest in helping my daughter was at great profit to your dealership. My daughter went across the street to Southwest Kia and was able to purchase a fully loaded 2013 KIA Optima GXI for less than what you were charging for a car with 6K miles. They gave my daugther 6K for her car, no additional down payment, no loan fee, and no co-signer was required. You did not try to help my daughter out your only interest was in making a huge profit off her.

To address your statement, We stated that we may have a way to get her approved with Mothers credit. The vehicle she was driving was our service loaner, so we could at least get some kind of rebate to help her out. Due to some major credit issues there was fees from the bank to aquire the loan. As for why would we let someone drive a vehicle home , cause she stated she had a co-signer, if she would take a lesser equipped vehicle the chances are increased.
