I got a TRAVEL Package from "Wholesale Connection Company" at first in April, 04 and sent out my certificates and other deposits and fees in April, 04. Then, "ABSOLUTE TRAVEL CENTER,INC" replied me with the WRONG travel dates on that letters. I tried to reach the angents in this Companies through 2 emails, 12 phone calls only able to leave messages, and 2 written letters since May 3, 2004. From May 3 to June 2,04, there were NO ONE to answer me.

Finally on June 2, an agents answered me and told me that she did not have my file. On June 7, one agent sent an email to me and told me that "the person who is handling my file is no longer working there", also I must "confirm my birthday in order to make the reservation possible." On the same day, two agents left messages in my voice mail box.

I then call them and left messages for FIVE (5) times, and waited for their phone calls for next TWO CONSECUTIVE AFTERNOON!! NOBODY answered and NOBODY called back to confirmed my birthday.I send them another written letter, yet NOBODY answer. The fact is, "Absolute Reservation Center" has done "Absolute NOTHING about Reservation." They have excus of "on the other line"; "no longer work here"; "your instruction is not clear";"need you to confirm birthday"; BUT NEVER DONE THE RESERVATION. Since the end of April, I was booking my Florida Orlando, and other related trips for August; but NOW is the end of June, ARC still have done NOTHING to my reservation! "Absence Reservation Center" is what I am experiencing.

I have file complains to Florida Consumer Agent. If you want to avoid your "dream vacation" becomes "illusive dreams", avoid ARC.

Absolute Reservation Center claim itself only a reservation company and has nothing to do with the whatever sales company. However, ARC shares the same address with Wholesale Connection Company, the travel sales company. Thanks for one of the Whoesale Connection new employees told me that these two companies are ONE working in the same loaction; as "sales department" and "reservation department"; but they still claim each other different companies. So, whatever you buy from Wholesale Connection Co will hand over to Absolute Reservation Center; then Absolute Reservation Center can "denial the sales responsibility." BUT anyhow, ARC should have the "reservation responsibility", but what this company do is "LET YOU WAIT FOREVER" without "MAKING RESERVARION". So, if you don't want to wait for TWO months like me with GEETING NOTHING, PLEASE just don't have any business with them.

Also, ARC received $20 activation fee from me for a "mini-vacation"; again ARC did NOT make any reservation; instead, they send me ANOTHER "Worldwide Travel Center" reservation form to me and asked me to deal with them. Guss what? Worldwide Travel Center request an additional $50 for reservation fee!!!

So, clearly Absolute Reservation Center, Wholesale Connection Company, and Worldwide Travel Center are shifting baskets of responsibilities to each other. At the end, the customer get nothing. If you are dealing with other two companies, please be careful as well.

For Avoiding waiting forever, avoid Absence Reservation Center.

Daniel - As one of the owners of ARC I am quite disturbed by your complaint. There appears to be some type of communication problem here, I'm sure at not fault of yourself. This is not a common complaint received at our office. We would like to get this situated, please call us at [DELETED]. If your last name begins with the letters A-K enter extension 1014 and if your last name begins with the letters L-Z enter extension 1051. Without knowing exactly who you are, we cant contact you first. You will be reaching one of our travel coordinators assistants. Tell them Katy had you call and you are to receive extra special treatment. I would like to say in closing that we have traveled over 28,000 families in a three year period. We have 4 complaints listed on this site. We pride ourselves in our customer service. We are very busy and apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused you.
