AC Collins Ford ripoff, BUY A NEW FORD EXPEDITION (we will charge you for repairs when you find out its damaged) Pasadena Texas
I bought a 2006 fully loaded Ford Expedition Limited from AC Collins Ford. It was a demo so I asked them to pull the entire service history. They did this and said the only thing done to it was an oil change, tire rotation, alarm install and buffed out two scratches.
3 days later I'm driving down the road and the gasket/seal on the windshield begins to fall off. I check out the windshield and low and behold its been replaced. I have the vehicle checked out and there are other damages.
I tell the dealership about this and they say well its not more then $500 so we arent responsible. However we can fix it but its not under warranty so you get to pay for it. Not only that but also your vehicle had some stability problems before you bought it. Ford Expedition stability problem.. nothing to worry about. What a bunch of crooks.

Take this Expedition to another Ford Dealership and have it fixed under the warranty. Thats BS that they said it could not be fix under warranty. As long as you don't have 36000 miles on it already...its covered!
