I phoned the UK helpline to cancel my order and got Nicole. I explained the situation to her that i had hit the button but once i had discovered the terms and conditions for force max (unlike the other force product i looked at the terms and conditions were right there which is how i found out about this scam) I called the company.

I was told by the unhelpful Nicole that the shipping department had no phones and could not be contacted via email and that i would be receiving the trial product and would just have to sen it back.

I explained that the dept would not have even looked at my order yet and it would be easier all round if she could let them know to scrap my one but again with the 'they dont have phones or emails' nonsense, she obviously thought i was stupid and buttoned up the back of my head. I asked to speak to her supervisor which she refused to allow me to do which i am sorry is just simply not acceptable.

The upshot of it is I am now being sent something i dont want and will have to spend time and money sending the stupid product back. I have also heard further horror stories about being charged for further products if they dont get the items back in time which is again ridiculous. I have never come across any company that behaves in such a manner and would treat customers with such behaviour...absoulutely unbelieveable and I will be telling everyone i know to avoid their product at all costs.

They dont even have the guts to put in the main body of information that after 14 days of having the trial (oh and its from date of charge to your card btw) if you dont send it back you will be charged approx $85...guarantee you their sales would drop then...talk about dishonest!
