I contacted Zak Shansey at GMI loans to refinance my home.  He told me I should also do this mortgage acceleration software to pay off mtg in 10 years.  He came over to show me on April 15 and said give me your cc number so when we are ready, I'll have it.  At that time I asked if I could pay by check if I decided to do the program.  We were going to wait until after my closing on May 3 to know if we were putting balance of CC on the loan or not.  We ended up not being able to and that would mean I would probably wait to do the acceleration plan.  On May 10, I received my CC statement and saw the charge of $1995.00 for the software charged to my account 3 days after he came to my house to show me how it worked.  I emailed and called all week to have it taken off and to say I did not approve this and his boss Doug Webb told me I had buyers remorse and that I signed the contract.  I asked Zak for a copy (because I did not have one and never saw it, only signed signature page) He emailed me copy of contract on May 13 and never called me again. I emailed his boss and called and the last time I talked to him was June 24 when he said he would call me back and never did.  I continued to call and email with no response so I emailed and said I would do the program and what do you know, Zak contacted me via email.  He will not talk with me on the phone and insists I qualify for this program.  I went over my finances with another financial consultant and he said there is no way I qualify for this program because I don't make enough money.  All I want is my $1995.00 back.  They never treated me like a client and I feel this salesman did something fast and loose so I would be in contract and unable to have a leg to stand on.  I want my money back. I did dispute it with my CC company and they sent back that I did sign contract and the CC company put it back on my card.  The point is I wasn't ready at the time he took my information, we were supposed to wait till after closing to decide how I would pay (if I even wanted to do it)  and he took it upon himself to charge my account and never tell me.  On the day of closing, my CC info stated I owed and amount minus what he charged.  He did not put it on the documents.  I had no idea it was on my card
