Ace Cash Advance Ace Inc They contacted me yesterday saying i borrowed money from them in 3 consecutive years, 2011, 2012, and 2013. I dont know, i think they are in California Internet
I asked them why i never got anything in the mail, and their excuse was these companies dont do that. I DID manage to get the bank account number that these stupid loans were deposited in, and called my bank fraud department! NO ACCOUNT with those numbers EVER existed. Thay are still calling me this morning.
This company said i took 3 loans in 3 years, 2011, 2012, 2013. Why in the world would anyone one do that? I DIDNT. Now they have issued, sent a (LEGAL) DOCUMENT saying if i dont give them the full amount of over 4,000.00, i will be taken to court. Yesterday, i had just checked my personal credit report and THEY were NOT in my report. Duh, big suprise. SCAM, they want to scare people to get your bank information to ripp you off even worse! They wanted me to set up a 100.00 recuring payment coming out of my bank every month! NO WAY.
