During the winter of 2013 my water pump froze and cracked it's casing.This pump I had purchased from Ace about 15 months earlier.It came with a 12 month warrenty so I was out of luck there but I purchased another and that one also came with a 12 month warrenty.From the day I installed it I had problems with the switch that was supposed to kick in when the pressure dropped to a certain level.After it refused to function correctly I contacted the companny where a very abrasive customer relations rep told me what I had to do to remedy the problem.I did as I was told but the problem persists and I have now had the pump about six months.Due to the manner in which  I was spoken to ( very rude and as I said abrasive) I do not feel that further contact with the company will reach any resolution.All I was requesting was a replacement switch for this $230 pump.
