Ace Technology Online Bought MS Office 2013 Home and Business and the product activation code they sent initially showed as invalid by Microsoft. After multiple attempts to get a response from Ace Technology I called Microsoft tech service. They said that the code was valid but already activated so it could not be used. I am initiating fraud reporting with the credit card company. Dallas Texas
I bought MS Office 2013 Home and Business but the product code they sent was did not work. Attempts to contact the company have been ignored. I then contacted Microsoft technical service who checked the code and said that it was already activated and so not valid for new sales. Refund has been requested but no response. Credit card has been cancelled.
