Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I purchased Microsoft Office 2010. I received email saying my order was rceived and then one conferming that payment was received. and i would receive a email when my product was shipped then one that says use this link and this code i emailed them right away and said this is not what i payed for why are you doing this to me. My daughter as well as myself need this we are in college and never once have i received email back.

they do not answer their phone. I right away contacted paypal to help me i will not hear nothing until after the 1st of Feb. 2014. I am so upset that people do this and get away with it. I feel paypal should of warned people to when they go to pay for anything that has to do with this web site. But i guess its not paypals fault. I wish i would of seen something ahead of time about this so called company.

Thank You

This is the first time I've ever been taken like this and when living on a fixed income and a college student and your told to go to this site and you can get your program and this was from someone at the college so sorry that you have to come at me side ways you do not know the whole story. and there was in what i wrote if you would of read it right i said i really can not say it was paypal it was my fault. there is a reason i even brought paypal up. so until you know the whole facts do not come at me like that. I am struggling to make it and to go to college with my disabilties i was doing what i was told. You shouldnt me judging thats gods job.

I agree on the scamming part of this company. If you really want to buy any MS product, you should have gone to the real MS store, not a cheap deal on the Internet because there are plenty of scammers (from out of the U.S.) putting a website selling fake MS products. Once you paid the money, they disappear.

By the way, I disagreed with what you said that "PayPal should of (have) warned people." This is completely irresposible from your part. You want and like other people to do the home work for you? You could have done some research about the company on "the Internet" before you paid the money on "the Internet"! Stop play the victim card and blame the third party on your own mistake.

PayPal is simply a third party that has NO business with your own decision. What if they block the transaction and you get mad at them because you still blindly believe that the company is legit (which is not) at the time? Stop thinking "what others should have done for me" but rather focus on "what should I do to solve the problem" instead!
