Aces high Bullmastiff False advertisement you do not get puppy you put deposit on Oklahoma Oklahoma
Ace high bullmastiff advertises puppies for sale. When you contact them and ask what is available they send you pics in our case it was 2 Puppies. We had liked one spoke to the breeder who said he was available and said that would be the puppy we would be getting. He required a 500 deposit which I did by credit card and stated it was for puppy we picked out. After this it was weeks of trying to get in touch with jimmy by phone and text. After a couple if weeks he finally returned a text asking for a contract to be signed . When I asked why did he. It respond to text I was sending asking for updated photos I was told he was very busy and going through a divorce. The puppy we wanted by this time should have been about 9 wks old and ready to be shipped. After jimmy not responding to my request for updated pics I sent a text asking for my deposit back. All of a sudden I get a text back and he sends pictures of puppies that were about 4 wks old. When I I told him that was not the puppy I put my deposit On I was told thT puppies change in size and color I said yes they do. It usually get bigger Nd color does. It change in color from faw to red.I want the puppy I put deposit on. I asked for my deposit back but of course in contract will not issue refund even though it's not puppy u wanted. this guy puts pictures of puppies up that are not available people put deposit on puppies they see he hS u sign contract then since he will not give refund back your forced to take dog you donot want. This guy is a real scammer!!!
