I made a recent purchase of a phone cover for my phone which is no longer made by my cell phone company so was unable to buy covers in the stores. I was advised to look online and buy one and seeing that Acetag was right there, I was please to find a cool cover. I made the payment, reluctant as it was not a name I had heard before but went ahead with the sale online. I made the purchase and it took many days for it to even ship. Then I had to register just to find tracking but even that did not work so I messaged Customer Service and was given a tracking number and site. It would be another week before I would see it and at first it said Delivery by the 14th but they missed that and changed it to the 18th. The tracking today said that it was delivered at 1:39pm today but it was not in my mail at all. I complanied and this was their response....

According to the USPS, they also stated the following:

Expected Delivery By: USPS Tracking / Delivery Confirmation™ We would advise you to wait until the 19th to see if you receive it by then. Please do understand that this circumstance is completely out of our control. We go by whatever USPS states since they are the shipping carrier. Our responsible as a seller is to make sure we ship the product out after receiving payment. In this case, we did shipped as promised and provided the tracking number to show proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for unforeseen circumstances that can occur on your end since we don't personally deliver the package. Thank you for your understanding. |
So, as you see they do not stand behind it. I order alot online and a ccompany called Crafty sent out 24 little cork bottles that had 4 broken in then, but they did overnight and send me the same order back to show good business and they only needed to give me 4, and it came right to my door the second time. These people do not care and I highly suggest that you go to another company for your Cell Phone Accessories. I am a Grandma who has raised kids and more kids. Had a mini stroke in November 2012 and get around the best I can. I can no longer drive from my stroke so I purchase online frequently. I will never order from them again and I had my heart set on this cover for my Samsung Transformer. It was pretty and was cheaper than the ones in the store that used to carry covers. I was at first impressed and was going to buy more after I received this, such as the little chains and get covers for my kids, but they will never see me again and if you are smart, find another company.

I finally received the product (phone cover) and it was in terrible condition. I took it out of its wrapping and the hearts were all scratched up and I guess this is how they make it so cheap, because the item is like abused. I dealth with it anyway and put it on my phone. Immediately the cover began to peel and break. I have owned covers before and this was so thinned and I could just pull it apart. The covers for the Samsung Transform are hard to come bym especially as pretty as that one seemed to be. I ended up just buying a leather holster to carry it in for 20 bucks at the cell phone store I got my phone at. What a shame. I feel they should replace it with a clean, undamaged product or refund all of my investment.
