Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I did answer no (quote not within 6 months not playing any Asian game. But I do play poker) and she state from today on I do not allow stepping in any California Casino at all. So I ask her its ok for me play poker and come to casino eat buffet (every 2 or 3 week me and my girlfriend family come to Barona Casino to eat buffet). Erica told me we not allow to step into any casino in California even eating buffet. So everything went good for interview. The next day I come back for training, I have to sign a lot of document a lot of pressure. On the part in documents state I have to paid $50 for live scan, $500 for back ground check up and around $600 for city ID badge. After 2 week probation I have to paid these amount to process the work permit and Acme will return $500 after 1 year working for them....

On the next 4 week training, I went thought hell, I have to study every day and taking test twice a week..... After 2nd week Erica told us I think you guy safe look like we are hiring you guy. Now 4 week went by everything looking good the whole group waiting for the ID badge and exciting ready to work for them. On Friday August 23rd 2013 Acme personnel brought us to Casino to learn more the system so we know what to do when we start working. It takes roughly 2 hours everything done, so we allow went straight home. On the way out casino I saw couple friend and Acme employer I use to know them years ago. I stood back there and have conversation with them...

Then the next day (Monday August 26th, 2013) personnel person call me in and start to questions me, they said I was well known in casino… (what is going on?), I start to explain to them, I was working with Casino and a lot of people know me because I am a nice guy.....They said that not acceptable and said once of their employee saw me gamble on Asian game couple month ago (they quote I am liar to them)... I told them I didn't gamble in Asian games for along times already (8 months at least) and I can prove that. The Human resources said don’t want to hire me anymore go home and wait for their call by Wednesday on training day. Tuesday evening around 4pm Human Resource calls me back and said everything is ok; you can come back Wednesday for training.

Wednesday morning I came in and repair for the test Human resource call me in again and they said they can’t hire me and make me sign the release form. I was mad and said why they call me said it’s ok and make me drive almost 25 miles and told me that…. So I ask them the money back for live scan and ID Badge that cost me couple hundreds already, they told me they can’t refund me back the money. They said in contract only said refund $500 to me when I work for them after a year. What the Rip Off company, I suggest don’t ever work with Acme Player Service, they are BULL SH*T to people who needed a job like me and you. Very bad company and for Acme company if you don’t want to hire people than don’t make they paid out their hard earning money, people poor already your company make so much money than don’t Rip off people.
