Complaint Review: ACME Precision Diesel or APD - Greer South Carolina

Let's find out if the author of this rebuttal is a liar or speaks truth. Let' me ask a question, and it's a question that anyone who reads this post needs to ask the author of this rebuttal, ask this, "why does your company never buy DEF?" For those who are not aware of DEF, it's diesel exhaust fluid? Now, the EPA has the "clean air act" which is mandated to keep trucking companies from polluting the air with harmful exhaust. It protects the precious air we breathe, however some of these companies remove the systems, which are required by law to be installed, and doing so they save huge sums of money at the expense of our environment. Now, ask the author who claims not to be perfect, that makes mistakes, does he knowingly and willingly run his trucks with defeated exhaust systems, which pollute our air while he pockets huge sums of money? Now, we can find out who the liar is right from the start can't we? Or you could surprise the heck out of me and tell us all that you remove your exhaust systems so you can pocket huge sums of money. That you knowingly do this and instruct the repair shop you own APD to do the work, of which you make huge profit there.  I've been surprised before, however I don't see you surprising anyone, only continuing to cheat, lie and steal as customary. Then we can move on, and there is much to move on with. There are several emails which clearly show the author of this rebuttal a liar. Those emails contain numerous problems, clearly asking why APD refuses to give an estimate for work to be performed, without an estimate APD performed work and billed as they decided, in fact several thousand dollars were billed and paid without ever receiving an invoice, there are numerous emails which clearly explain this issue and absolutely nothing has been corrected. Who is so irresponsible that they kept enough funds in an escrow account that ACME, APD billed for over 20,000 thousand dollars in less than 12 months, does that sound irresponsible? Let me ask you a question sir, is your house paid for or do you owe the bank? Let's do this, if either of us has the deed to our home let's post it, and I can tell you I have mine sir. So, just how responsible am I again? The one who states their case first always seems right until the other comes and examines him, well I stated mine first and you have responded, and now you are being examined and falling far short of clearing yourself, in fact your hole continues to get deeper, and why? Because you are a liar and cheat, which has already been stated. 

The author of this rebuttal would have you to believe someone would beg to work for him, so I will ask this question, while it maybe true in very rare circumstances an employee likes there job enough to desire to stay, however when would a president of a company beg another president of a company to work with him? I've never heard of that in the history of mankind. Furthermore, when you are responsible for the day to day operations of your own trucking company and you realize the mistake in doing business with these types of people, is it not the right thing to warn others? Well, that's what has been done and I will continue to do so, and remember there is much more that can be discussed. What if a president of a company asked you to bring cannabis across state lines, for his personal use? Shall we post emails which confirm this or would you like to address some of the problems your company is involved in? 

This troubling report was filed by a former owner operator used by one of our sister Companies, who we were forced to terminate for losing his drivers license. He demanded that we rehire him, or he would make us sorry that we didn’t. Nothing true about his rant. This driver lost his job and his truck because of his lack of responsible behavior and insisted on lashing out at those who held him accountable. I can’t honestly say that our Company is perfect, but I can say that we are both credible and efficient. I can also say that we are not and never have been untrustworthy. I hope his rambling can be seen for what it is. The important thing is that on the rare occasion that we make a mistake, we make it right quickly! It is unfortunate that anyone in this Country can claim anything, even false accusers, but that’s one of the rare downsides to Freedom. The good thing is that we can respond with the truth. Our customer base continues to grow and that wouldn’t be happening if anything this person said was remotely true.
