Do not work for Acmesiteandservice.com
They seemingly appear to have their website together simply to rip graphic designers off and use their work ultimately for free. Forcing designers to work for wages such as $5.00 to edit photos which take at least 2 or 3 revisions and hours of work to complete. They are overly picky... looking for reasons to fire and don't recognize talent when they see it. I was skeptical from the beginning and I'm sure you would have problems being paid by them if you were to make it that far. They act like a reputable photo editing and retouching company with their website oddly together but it's only to fool you and get you to work for free for them because they'll fire you for subpar work when you know too much. ACME? Don't you remember Will E. Coyote and his anvils? Don't get an Acme Anvil dropped on you...

I have worked for AcmeSiteandService for the past 6 years and they are FANTASTIC! They provide me more work daily than I could have ever imagined as a freelance artist. Their pay is very fair, and they have NEVER missed a payment to me. They pay on time like clockwork every two weeks. Plus, the level of professionalism of their critiques has made me a substantially better graphic artist. If you are lucky enough to get on their artist roster you will be dialed in to the best freelance work opportunity for Photoshop artists on the planet. These guys rock!
