ACCOUNT # - ACS-1262, LOAN/DEBT INFORMATION, DUE AMOUNT-$945.67, LOAN COMPANY/LENDER-ACS INC. We are hereby to inform you that you are going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within couple of days. Your SSN is put on hold by US Government, so before something goes wrong we would like to notify you about this matter. It seems apparent that you had chosen to ignore all our efforts to contract you in oder to resolve your debt with your Payday Services.
At this point you had made your intesntions clear and leave us no choice but to protect our interest in this matter. Hi my sister and now my father have been receiving phone calls from this number stating they have a case on me and they need to take their statements involvement on this. I called the 7162561587 and a voicemail with a girl says she's in a meeting but have to leave your name and number. The other phone number 7162561585 nobody answers. They have been harrasing my family but somehow they don't call me because of course they don't have my phone number. I don't know how they are getting my families numbers but not mine. I hope this people get caught and stop harrasing and threatening my family that I will go to jail for oweing money to payday loans..

I just want to say i got the same email of acs inc and that they will prosecuted me if i don't pay $945.67 and i think its just very stressful that they keep emailing me. I have been emailing them back and forth and they just keep sending me that same thing that i will go to jail if i don't pay or that i will be charge in section 9 and section 19. it amazes me how this people take the time to try to scam you and some people fall for it. i will not give it i don't care what could happen in the state of california you can't be prosecuted for any loans you have it's a civil matter and if you want to pay you pay if not you don't !!! the number they are calling from its 1-954-603-3009
