DUE AMOUNT-$ 645.02
LOAN COMPANY- AmeriCorp INC.

You are going to be legally prosecuted in the Court House within couple of days. Your SSN is put on hold by US Government, so before something goes wrong we would like to notify you about this matter.

It seems apparent that you have chosen to ignore all our efforts to contact you in order to resolve your debt with Payday Services. At this point you have made your intentions clear and leave us no choice but to protect our interest in this
matter.

UNITED LEGAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU HAS STATED 4 SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS AGAINST YOU AND THEY ARE:

(2) COLLATERAL CHECK FRAUD
(3) THEFT BY DECEPTION
(4) AND THE BIGGEST ONE IS E.F.T. THAT IS ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFER

Now, this means few things for you. If you are under any state probation or payroll we need you to inform your superior or manager what you have done in the past and what would be the consequences once the case has been downloaded and executed in your name.

If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of the date on this letter, we will be compelled to seek legal representation from our in-house attorney. We reserve the right to commence litigation for intent to commit wire fraud under the pretense of refusing to repay a debt committed to, by use of the internet. In addition we reserve the right to seek recovery for the balance due, as well as legal fees and any court cost incurred.

WE HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS RESERVED TO INFORM TO FBI, FTC, YOUR EMPLOYER AND BANK ABOUT FRAUD.

You have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have one or if you can't afford then one will be appointed to you.

We believe that this was not your intent and that these steps are unnecessary. We merely require you to contact our recovery asset location department at  +1-650-282-4491 between 9.30 to 6.30 (EST).

All I can say is it takes one to know one, Team Rebutt is the one crying. The team can't take criticism, only grammar correction and attacking anyone who wish to post in peace. Call me what you what to, this never solves the problem. Read some of the posts from Carmax and Chase finance to see my point. These are some of the longest threads I have ever read.

just wanted to be sure and thank those that further educate me on scams.  i don't know how they got my email address, but i guess that is part of their "specialty" in scamming others.  if you might know how they do get email addresses, please share.  i appreciate your knowledge.

Let me wipe the tear from my eye.  Ok, I'm good. What's wrong, Josey?  You can dish it, but you can't take it?

Again, where did the OP ask for your stupidity.  The OP posted on an open forum.  This means any one is free to post their opinions and/or advice on the matter.  This group you call "Team Rebutt" has the right to ask the questions they ask and post the comments the post.  So, please point me towards a rebuttal you have posted that was actually useful to the OP or any one else for that matter.  All I have ever seen from you is stupidity like your previous posts above.

The OP posted on an open forum.  This means anyone is free to post their own advice on the matter.  All Stacey did is point the OP towards news articles that prove the email was a scam attempt.  She did this to help the OP so they didn't send the scammer any money or worry about the court case claimed to be pending.  If you weren't a complete d****ebag you would realize that what I am saying is the case.  So, go back to your copy write infringement and stupid comments.  Where did the OP ask for your stupidity?

So many Team Rebutt members can't keep track. Where do you find time to listen or read the news? Always trolling on ripoff reports to let the world know how smart you are. Again where did the OP ask for Team Rebutt to comment????
