The ACS INC company sent an email demanding payment of a loan I never took out. It is another version of a . similar scam where they claim you owe money on a fast cash type of loan. Do not respond to them by phone or email. Nothing happens. Read the original letter and it is easy to determine that it is not a legitimate company. They suck people in that are worried they will be taken to court. You wiill not be taken to court. THey try to convince people that they will come after you. It is not an attorney. I traced it back. They used the name of an attorney in Texas who I called and he knew nothing about this, it was not him. They stole his name. Relax and calm down. Just ignore them knowing that you did nothing wrong and you can sleep well.
