ACS Incorp Alex Cooper, Investigation Officer They sent an email giving this Paul Smith's name and only wanted email responses New York, NY Internet
This person sent an email stating that were legal proceedings that would take place is I did not pay 963.86. If i did not pay that then i would have to pay$ 2873.81. They also never gave any phone numbers to contact anyone and only wants to respond by email, there seems to be nothing formal about this and I refuse to pay frauds. I would like this person contacted to let them know they have been reported and I am not paying because they are no legit.
