Ok here is one tell them to cease and desist they can't do a thing. First they have threatened you by saying your SSN is locked. Send a certified letter that they can't do a thing and to sop harassing you or you will take them to civil or small claims court. They used the postal service to threaten you another ftc and postal violation. 

They can't do anything but blow gas. States have limitations as to how long they can come after you in court Texas is 4 years from the date of last payment as a example. if your disabled and on Social Security you do not have to pay the debt either. MMW

Just ignore that idiotic message.  They are just scammers looking to make a fast buck.
