We had apologized to Tim and even emailed Wright Thurston again on the issue right after I spoke with him. I cannot speak for Julie at Wright Thurston but the information was sent to them. Had we taken the money Tim would have been refunded immediately. I explained to him to be patient with Wright Thurston they would handle it for him. He apparently did not want to wait for them. He received same day service on this issue.

Julie, from Wright Thurston's office, called to tell me she will refund my money right away. She responded very quickly with professional, friendly service. It turned out that she had not received the refund request from Cinda, at Adam Ginsberg's office. Maybe Cinda forgot to send it. Anyway, Wright Thurston appears to be a very good company to do business with, but I would not want to do business with Adam Ginsberg in the future. I do not think Adam's package is worth the money he charges. At least that is my personal opinion.
