Addison Kids Center Kortney Addleman Created a fraudulent account for advertising Coppell, Texas
I received a phone call from a debt collector "from Davis and JOnes lawfirm" that is a debt consolidation company. They informed me YPedia turned me in for advertising I had signed a contract. They refused to speak with me about the fraudulence. They told me I needed to have my attorney to contact them. They also said, "What blesses my heart is that I pay my bills and dont get turned into collection"!
I had not heard of YPedia nor had I signed any type of contract. I am now facing a $391.00 charge. My attorney is $200.00 hourly. If he deals with this he will absolutely charge me. I am hoping this falls under identity theft on my home owners policy.
My business is brand new, we ONLY registered our phone in the business name and this is how the scam was executed. :(
