On Feb 13/2014 I met with John fr ADE for a bath remodel estimate, the company was referred from Home Advisor. He was a smooth talker convinced me that the company was very reputable with expert professionals who would do a great job in 9 days. He asked for a 50% deposit.. First of all they took 6 wks before applying for the permit. During the course of waiting I had 4 visits with 3 different individuals for the same vanity design because I was told that 2 previous designers left and someone had to come out and do it all again. One designer was a no call,no show, one came without any samples just a tape measure and told me he left the samples in another car. I had to make several calls to the company to get updates and approx start time for the project, several times I was promised return calls which did not happen and ended up having to call again. The permits were ready on 05/16/14. I called on 05/19 for a start date and was promised a call back, on 05/23 I called again and was told the tile setter had an accident and the plumber was ill. Called again week of 05/27 was told I could not get on demo schedule until 06/09, after venting frustrations I was told Tony the project mgr would visit the site on 06/04, he did not call or show and when I called the office I was given the reason that he has a lot of sites to visit .He showed up on 06/05 told me It was a small job that would take approc 3 wks and that after the demo the plumber and electrician would be out in one day. On 6/09/14 2 men came to demo and worked half day because they claimed they ran out of bags for the debris, they returned the next day and completed the demo. On Friday 06/13 after no plumber or elect I called ADE and got appt for both on 06/16/14. I waited all day and no call,no show fr either. I finally decided that I had enough and called ADE informing that I was finished with the company and requested my deposit minus their expense,I was informed that I would not receive any because it was non-refundable.
This company is inefficient, unprofessional,with poor client service. They obviously take on a lot of jobs and do not have the man-power for timely completion,they make up excuses for their poor services, and inconvenience the clients. They should not be in business.

It is my understanding that Greg Kohn is now a fugitive from justice with 2 felonies being charged against him. This included a number of charges of grand theft.
ADE now states they want to finish the mess they created in my home after almost a year of being under contract, but the patterns of not showing up, unreturned phone calls, and continued serious delays with completion continue, despite no longer being run by that felonious criminal Kohn. I am personally and legally holding Anthony Di Simone reponsible for allowing Kohn to use his GC license to perpetrate his crimes against all of us

I feel your pain, I to was ripped off by this company and GREG KOHN as well they took my deposit then wanted me to pay 100% before they would even delivery anything. I'm not sure if I'm lucky they didn't start at all. from what I'm hearing they use the same wording for everyone. They know how to word things to keep it civil, they want you to walk away. please contact Det Stone at The Economic crime unit with BSO and Cathy Evens at Broward county State Attorney office report Disimone to the state of Florida I'm trying to reach out to all the people who have been ripped off the more people to come together the more chance we can prove this was not civil I started a facebook getjustice2014 hopefully you can find me there and email me or send an email to that name just add (((REDACTED))) good luck and dont give up
