Complaint Review: ADF - American Huts - New Jersey - Pizza Hut - Alcoa Tennessee

This blog is about a continuing struggle of a young man in Blount County.

I'm sure folks are familiar with the Hannum St. Pizza Hut and ADF in Alcoa, TN. If not, then look it up and see what kind of garbage they pulled against an employee named Aaron.

When Aaron won his court case, he had to sign a cconfidentiality statement just to get the money that Pizza Hut rightfully owed him owed him. The confidentiality statement was over comments that Aaron SUPPOSEDLY made on this thread against ADF. How would they know?

The other day, Aaron recieved a letter from his attorney stating that ADF American Huts was going to sue him.

Here's some questions that ADF should ponder:

1) Isn't bringing something up from 17 months ago a little late to be suing the very employee who fought ADF's battle in court just a little too late?

-YES

2) Isn't speeking about an assault and destruction of property that has been expunged from Aaron's record a direct attack against his character? Such as liable and defamation?

-YES

3) Don't you have to able to PROVE that Aaron was actually the one who filed these so-called derogatory statements?

-YES

4) Does ADF not realize that Aaron has moved on with his life and doesn't concern himself with crap that happened 14 months agao?

-Of Course

5) Does ADF not realize how bad they are hurting their reputation assuming that they actually have a good one?

-No. Yankees are that stupid.

6) Does ADF not realize just how bad the "BLOGGING" will get if in fact they are actually going to sue?

-They have no idea!

7) What could ADF possibly get from Aaron in a civil suit?

-Some rocks? Or maybe deer meat? Some dirt? It won't be money. He doesn't have any.

Aaron hasn't filed on this site since last year when he won his case, I know for a fact.

I also Know for a fact that most of what was labeled his comments were from someone who was an employee at adf who was spoofing Aaron's e-mail and ripoffreport after learning his password.

I know for a fact, the last thread that was written in Aaron's name was not Aaron. Where he's been for the last 7 weeks, I can assure you there's no computers. Hell, we don't even have a cell tower.

Aaron hunts with me every winter. I know him well. He's the most fair and easy-going person I know.

I also know ADF well. And what they are doing is absolutely bogus. This is the way that Yankees work. They're all slimeballs.

ADF is just trying to stir up more crap. I'm going to try and contact the Maryville Daily Times and see if I can get them motivated enough to tell Aaron's story about how ADF has tried to bully him around. ADF should know by now that their tactics don't work.

I got a good chewing-out from Aaron over my last post and I'll probably get another good one for this thread. BUT!, this story needs to be told.

I can't believe that ADF wants to bring all this stuff back up. It's only goin to hurt them, not Aaron. He'll be a rich man after the settlement he will get from a civil suit.

ADF can't win. They're stupid to think so. But, we already knew that.

Speak out about this situation if you want to. ADF is checking it everyday. I am sure that they just can't wait to get to work so they can see what was said about them. "What a bunch of PANSIES!" as Aaron would say.

Let ADF and American Pizza Huts know that this is not right. Just call 865-984-4340 and ask to talk to some guy named Preston. Give him hell. He's the cause.

One thing that I forgot to tell you folks is that Aaron found out back in November that Preston and some of the other employees were talking about this situation. That's a big No-No on ADF's part. According to public records and the jury, the assault and destruction of property charge never happened. It was bogus. I'd say Arron has more than enough grounds for a countersuit. I'm sure he can prove his case. I'm also sure that ADF can't.

What the hell is ADF thinking???
